About the role

As the Sr Marketing Manager at PT MCPP COMPOUNDS INDONESIA PVC Specialized material, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive the companys growth and success. In this full-time role, you will be based in Tangerang District, Banten, and will play a crucial part in the overall marketing and communications efforts of the organisation.

What youll be doing

  • Formulating and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the companys products and services

  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns

  • Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising, and promotional materials

  • Analysing marketing performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions

  • Managing the marketing budget and optimising expenditures for maximum return on investment

  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance

  • Providing strategic guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members

What were looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing management role, preferably in the manufacturing PVC industry

  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Target Achievement oriented

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Advanced minimum S-1 degree in Chemical, Engineering

  • Fluent in English
