Job Purpose

Supporting with functional and/or analytical expertise to perform specific work related to the Audit framework and implementation process in providing solutions in accordance with general processes, policies and procedures, Handling complex cases and delivering results in their own specialist areas through necessary coordination with related parties.

Job Responsibilities

Audit Framework

  • Develop, establish, and maintain audit objectives, policies, procedures, structures, and guidelines (framework)
  • Monitor and follow up on reviews and approvals of control audit objectives, policies, procedures, structures, and guidelines from the Head of the Internal Audit Divisio

Audit Execution

  • Prepare and assist in the development of internal audit plans and schedules for affected departments and subsidiaries
  • Facilitate internal audit activities
  • Coordinate with affected departments and subsidiaries to obtain data and audit evidence necessary for audit reporting purposes
  • Ensure process compliance with Perusahaan policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Coordinate with other functions to identify problems and manage solutions
  • Apply technical knowledge to support qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Suggest points for improvement so that the audited entity's operations are optimal
  • Prepare and submit draft audit reports
  • Review and follow up on corrective and preventive actions taken by the audited entity based on audit findings
  • Ensure the delivery of audit control and compliance reports or special project audit reports that include performance analysis (periodic/quarterly) as well as mechanisms for detecting, preventing, and eradicating fraud

Organization and Process

  • Correlate ABM Group Business Processes
  • Independently analyze, measure, and evaluate KPIs together with the Head of Internal Audit Division
  • Provide recommendations for determining and measuring individual KPIs for Specialists (if necessary)
  • Resolving escalated questions within their area of expertise by acting as a point of contact for work units
  • Handling other tasks, projects, initiatives, or activities as identified
  • Enhancing knowledge of current trends, methodologies, best practices, or research related to their responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Accounting/Finance/Management/Law
  • Min. 3 years experience in the same role as Internal Auditor, or
  • Min. 4 years experience as Auditor in Public Accountant Firm
  • Having professional internal audit certifications such as QIA, IIAP, CIA would be preferable
