PT. Cosmax Indonesia urgently need Staff Color Matching. This position will be in team Production and located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. You will be direct report to Part Leader Production & Team Leader Production. Please read detail the qualifications below.

Disclaimer: The process selection will be conduct OFFLINE FOR COLOR TEST and INTERVIEW OFFLINE in EAST JAKARTA . ENSURE you able to follow the selection procedure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Min. education is Bachelor (S1) in Art (Painting), Packaging Graphic, Design Product, Analytical Chemical for Color Matching

  2. Good knowledge for color & color matching

  3. Experience min 2 years in Color Matching area

  4. Able to differentiate of color

  5. Good communication and able to work in team

  6. Adaptive, willing to learn, willing to work in shifting.

  7. Familiar with Ms office, specially Ms. Excel, Ms.PPT, able to do presentation.

  8. Basic understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, MUI Halal, CPKB, or other certifications

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the color matching process in the mixing area is carried out in accordance with standards and procedures

  • Analyze color samples to determine the exact match using color measurement tools and software.

  • Assist and train Operators on color matching techniques and use of relevant equipment

  • Coordinate & monitor team of mixing operators to ensure color consistency across batches

  • Document and report color matching results and any discrepancies found.

  • Ensure color matching equipment is always properly calibrated for accurate measurements.

  • Adjust and correct color formulations based on feedback and quality standards.

Workplace :OnsiteMonday - Friday : Shifting Working Hours
