Staff HC Officer

Job Description - Human Capital Officer

1. Coordinate with departments to identify manpower needs & assist in developing recruitment strategies.

2. Conduct end-to-end selection (screening, tests, interviews, trial, final decision).

3. Plan & execute onboarding programs (orientation, SOP introduction, onboarding tests).

4. Monitor probation period & conduct evaluations.

5. Collect, analyze, and report employee evaluation data (new & existing employees).

6. Provide follow-up recommendations & coordinate performance feedback with supervisors.

7. Develop & coordinate training programs with internal/external trainers.

8. Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare related monthly reports.

General Qualifications - Human Capital Officer

1. High School Graduate or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Science / Psychology / Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/HC, particularly in onboarding & employee evaluation.

3. Fluent in English (spoken and written) — Mandatory.

4. Strong communication, interpersonal, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.

5. Able to work with targets, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is a plus.

7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare clear, accurate reports.
