STAFF MANDARIN PPIC

About the role

QMPP (QINGDA MASPION PAPER PRODUCTS) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled STAFF MANDARIN PPIC to join our dynamic team in Cirebon West Java. This full-time position plays a crucial role in our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution operations, contributing to the overall success of our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics business.

What youll be doing

• Managing production planning and inventory control to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products

• Liaising with cross-functional teams to coordinate production, logistics, and sales activities

• Analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimisation strategies

• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to support decision-making

• Providing Mandarin language support for communication with our international partners and suppliers

• Assisting with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

What were looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively

• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
