About the role
As the Store Manager for Bakmi Pertiwi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of one of our retail stores in Balikpapan East Kalimantan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store, while also driving sales, managing a team of employees, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
Lead, motivate and develop a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service
Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive increased revenue and profitability
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements
Monitor and maintain the store's visual merchandising and presentation
Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise, and take appropriate action to resolve them
Collaborate with the regional management team to contribute to the overall success of the business

Proven track record of success in a retail management role, preferably within the food and beverage or consumer products industry
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a seamless shopping experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
Proficiency in relevant computer software and retail management systems
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
