Store Operation Manager (FASHION RETAIL)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly responsible and performance-driven Sales/Store Operation Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple store locations. This role is crucial in achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing a high-performing retail team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

• Responsible for achieving sales targets across all store locations.

• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintain service standards according to company SOP.

• Provide input and strategic recommendations to improve store performance.

Store Operations:

• Oversee daily operations of all stores to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

• Ensure visual merchandising is in line with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with other departments to support target achievement.

• Conduct regular evaluations and ensure all store SOPs are followed.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Manage and develop the entire store team through training, motivation, and performance evaluation.

• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure optimal team performance.

• Support ongoing staff development by providing in-house training when needed.

Administrative & Reporting:

• Report on store performance and operations to management.

• Coordinate with upper management on operational planning and improvements.

• Ensure the team maintains discipline, honesty, and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 35 years old.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Operation Manager, preferably in fashion retail.

• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

• Skilled in staff training and development.

• Willing to work on holidays and beyond scheduled shifts.

• Well-groomed, disciplined, and trustworthy.

• Based in Jakarta and willing to travel out of town periodically.

• Owns a personal vehicle.

• Available to start immediately.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
