Job Description
Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store.
Selling watches and controlling online fulfillment
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction based on SOP
Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers
Manage and motivate the team to drive the business
Create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions
Controlling promote and offer the marketing promo
Inventory Control and monthly reporting sales
Requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor, preferably having in the retail industry experience is a plus
Preferable minimum 1 year in retail watch business is a plus
Willing to work on holidays and full shift
Excellent ability in team management & development
Role model on selling and floor management - training and VM
Attractive, confident, high level in social and networking skills
