Storekeeper - Hotel Tugu Bali

Hotel Tugu Bali, a uniquely artistic and culturally rich luxury hotel in Canggu, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of supplies for our operations, from F&B to housekeeping and general hotel needs.

Location: Canggu, Bali

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to hotel standards
• Ensure stock is organized and properly stored (including perishables and non-perishables)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock checks
• Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for stock rotation
• Coordinate with purchasing and various departments to ensure timely requisition
• Monitor usage and report discrepancies or potential shortages
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in storage areas
• Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position (preferably in hospitality or F&B industry)
• Strong understanding of inventory and stock control systems
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Able to operate inventory software and MS Excel
• Organized, reliable, and trustworthy
• Willing to work flexible hours and in a team-oriented environment
• Based in Bali and able to start immediately
