Job Role:

The Account Manager – Oil & Gas is responsible for driving Huawei's business growth and strategic account development within Indonesia's energy sector, particularly across Pertamina and its subsidiaries. This role focuses on managing executive-level customer relationships, identifying digital transformation opportunities, and leading end-to-end enterprise ICT sales operations, while Posisiing Huawei as a strategic technology partner for industrial modernization and operational transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with Pertamina and its subsidiaries.
  • Engage directly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to Posisi Huawei as a strategic ICT partner.
  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, market share, and collection targets within the energy and oil & gas sector.
  • Identify customer business challenges and propose enterprise ICT solutions aligned with digital transformation objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end sales project operations including opportunity identification, bidding, negotiation, contract closure, and delivery coordination.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote Huawei's enterprise ICT portfolio including storage, computing, networking, collaboration tools, and industrial digitalization solutions.
  • Support strategic market expansion initiatives across energy, transportation, manufacturing, and related industrial sectors.
  • Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitive activities to strengthen Huawei's Posisi within the energy industry ecosystem.
  • Prepare business forecasts, pipeline reports, and account development plans to support commercial objectives.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management within ICT, telecommunications, or enterprise technology industries.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Energy or Oil & Gas accounts, particularly Pertamina and its subsidiaries.
  • Strong experience handling enterprise ICT sales operations including bidding, negotiation, contracting, and project delivery oversight.
  • Proven capability engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience selling enterprise ICT products and solutions to industrial or energy-sector customers.
  • Strong understanding of industrial digitalization trends, enterprise ICT ecosystems, and integration between IT and Operational Technology (OT).
  • Familiarity with multi-vendor enterprise technology environments and industrial transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and strategic account management capability.
  • Fast learner, adaptable, collaborative, and highly target-oriented within fast-paced business environments.
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
