Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a strategic role at a digital agency, digital marketing, or related roles within agency or brand environments, with at least 1 year leading a strategy team
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of digital ecosystems, including paid media, social media, SEO/SEM, content strategy, analytics, and AI tools (if have knowledge more on marketing automation and CRM is a plus)
• Analytical Ability: Strong capability to translate data into insights and actionable strategic recommendations.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders, especially when orchestrating pitch or integrated campaign with complex deliverables.
• Communication: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to present and simplify complex strategies.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO platforms; familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
