Strategy Analyst

Job Description :

• Conduct industry, competitor, and market research across the globe to support expansion and partnership strategies

• Assist in preparing strategic presentations, board materials, and project update decks (e.g. for JVs, licensing, acquisitions)

• Maintain and enhance project dashboards to track divisional performance, project progress, and business outcomes

• Support innovation programs by looking for suitable partners, evaluating impact, and compiling insights for internal reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Ops) to gather data and insights needed for strategic planning

• Help coordinate and follow up on strategic project execution, working closely with other Business Units

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields

• 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or corporate planning roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in market sizing, financial modeling, and building strategic reports

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
