As a Strategy & Operations Manager in Seven Retail, you won’t just sit behind strategy decks, you will play a key role in driving ideas into execution. • Collaborate with teams across departments to streamline workflows and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

3. Leadership and Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key advisor to senior executives, providing data-backed insights and recommendations on business decisions
• Lead, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and ensure successful project execution
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting clear updates, outcomes, and proposals for improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in program management, strategy consulting and field operations
