About the role
As the Superintendent Fixed Plant, you will be responsible for the effective supervision and management of the fixed plant facilities within PT Priamanaya Group's operations in South Sumatra. This full-time, on-site role is key in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company's mining operations and supporting the overall business objectives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within fixed plant operations and maintenance, preferably in the mining industry
Strong understanding of maintenance management concepts (preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance) for fixed plant units (crusher, conveyor, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of spare parts management, reliability engineering, and root cause analysis (RCA)
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and making simple edits to drawings (not advanced drafting)
Possession of certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, SMKP (Mining Safety Management System), POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama), POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya), or ISO 14000 is considered a strong advantage
Willing to be placed at Patra Tani Port, South Sumatra area.
