Sriwijaya Teknik Utama merupakan Perusahaan penyedia layanan teknik dibidang steel fabfication, rotating equipment, engineering, hydrolic hose consignment dan produk consignment.  Saat ini kami membutuhkan tenaga Profesional untuk posisi Supervisor Human Capital Development & General Affair dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:

Kualifikasi 

1. Pendidikan S1/S2 Hukum/Manajemen SDM

2. Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dibidang Human Capital Development & General Affair 

3. Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman dibidang industri Manufaktur/Fabrikasi/Machining/Automotive

4. Menguasai Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan Indonesia

5. Menguasai HR Planning, recruitment process & selection

6. Mampu membuat strategi Compensation & Benefit, Granding System, Job Evaluation & Desain Struktur Gaji.

7. Mampu mendesain dan melaksanakan Performance Management System, termasuk Penilaian Kinerja dan Pembuatan KPI

8. Mengelola karyawan agar memiliki performance yang terus meningkat, dengan mengontrol database karyawan, kompetensi karyawan atau target serta motivasi.

9. Mampu melakukan fungsi Supervisi dalam proses Personalia/Administrative (BPJS Kes, BPJS Tk, Kontrak kerja, Kontrak kerjsama, dll)

10. Memiliki ketegasan serta jiwa pemimpin

11. Memahami dan menguasai proses General Affair 

12. Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Samarinda
