Supervisor Head Production

Requirement :

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant fields.

2. At least 2-5 years of experience in a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

3. Strong understanding of production flow and planning.

4. Ability to operate and understand production machinery.

5. Capable of preparing and analyzing production reports.

6. Strong leadership and team management.

7. Able to work under pressure and meet production targets.

8. Knowledge of occupational health and safety, 5R practices

Responsibilities :

1. Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

2. Coordinate shift schedules and assign tasks to operators.

3. Ensure that production processes run smoothly and comply with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

4. Monitor product quality throughout the production line.

5. Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of production staff.

6. Oversee the proper use, cleanliness, and readiness of production equipment.

7. Coordinate with maintenance team for any machine issues.
