Supervisor Housekeeping

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable handyman, with a specialization in electrical systems, to support the maintenance operations of our villas. The ideal candidate will be proactive, experienced, and capable of performing both general repairs and electrical-specific tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and property safety.

Key Responsibilities:

🛠 General Handyman Tasks:

. Perform minor repairs in villas (doors, walls, plumbing fixtures, etc.)

. Basic carpentry and painting touch-ups

. Fixing and maintaining outdoor furniture

. Assisting with installation tasks (e.g., fans, shelves, curtain rails)

⚡ Electrical Responsibilities:

. Replace or repair lighting systems (bulbs, light fixtures, etc.)

. Inspect and repair MCBs (Miniature Circuit Breakers) and circuit panels

. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to villa electricity supply

. Maintain and repair pool pumps and associated systems

. Assist in the installation of timers, CCTV wiring, and basic network support if needed

Qualifications & Skills:

. Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance or handyman work

. Proven experience with electrical repairs and troubleshooting

. Ability to read simple wiring diagrams and identify MCB issues

. Familiar with tools and equipment for basic repairs

. Reliable, honest, and punctual

Able to work independently and under minimal supervision

. Flexible and available for emergency call-outs when necessary

. Basic communication in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)

. No formal diploma required, but hands-on experience is essential

Optional but Preferred:

. Previous experience working in hospitality/villa environments

. Basic knowledge of pool system maintenance

. Familiarity with safety procedures when handling electrical components
