Handle order change requests from pharmacy partners or customers, such as adjustments in medicine quantity, substitutions due to stock availability, or cancellations in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
Coordinate with pharmacy operations, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure that prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related items are delivered accurately and on time.
Inventory Control
Coordinate the first inbound of stock for new store openings — ensure product arrival matches purchase orders, quality standards, and store readiness timelines
Monitor near expiry date (ED) and damaged products to ensure strict SOP implementation, minimizing spillage and waste.
Ensure daily operational SOPs are followed consistently to reduce product loss or discrepancies.
Identify discrepancies between recorded and actual stock for prescription drugs, OTC medicines, medical devices, and health supplements, and investigate the root causes.
Coordinate and monitor regular cycle counts and full stock opname for both prescription and non-prescription inventory, ensuring compliance with BPOM and Ministry of Health regulations.
Generate inventory reports and highlight any stock irregularities to management for corrective action.
Ensure proper segregation and labeling of products in quarantine, including expired or damaged medicines.
Verify that the pharmacy's POS (Point-of-Sale) system stock levels match the physical stock to prevent shortages or overstock.
