Supervisor IT Infra

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead & Develop the Team: You will lead, mentor, and develop our team of infrastructure engineers to achieve operational excellence.

2. Manage Critical Infrastructure: Manage the entire lifecycle of servers (physical and virtual), network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), and data storage systems.

3. Ensure Security & Compliance: Design and implement security policies, manage patch deployment, and ensure our infrastructure is secure from cyber threats, in line with ISO 27001 standards.

4. Guarantee Business Continuity: You will be responsible for our backup strategy and ensuring our Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is tested and ready to be executed at any time.

5. Lead Strategic Projects: Lead key projects related to upgrades, migrations, or the implementation of new infrastructure technologies.

Qualifications Were Looking For:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure

2. A Bachelors Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3. Strong technical expertise in Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Server Operating Systems (Windows Server, Linux), Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN), Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Antivirus), Backup & Recovery Systems.

4. Proven leadership skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

5. A plus: Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MTCNA, CompTIA Security+) and a deep understanding of ITIL or ISO 27001 frameworks.
