Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing sales of natural rubber, subsidiary raw materials, and general items primarily used in the tire manufacturing industry. This role requires strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, solid knowledge of sales operations, and an understanding of materials used in the rubber and tire sectors.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the tire and rubber industry, both domestically and internationally.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for natural rubber, chemical additives, and general industrial supplies.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform sales strategy.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment of orders.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer needs to adapt strategies proactively.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings (in-person or virtual) as needed.
Bachelor's degree or above in business, international trade, chemistry, materials science, or a related field.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English—both verbal and written.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in rubber, chemicals, or industrial raw materials.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and presentation creation.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings or trade events.
Knowledge of tire manufacturing processes or rubber compounding.
Existing client network within the tire or rubber industry.
Experience working in an international or cross-cultural business environment.
