The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at PT Pan Brothers, Tbk. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising activities and ensuring our products are displayed effectively to drive sales and maximise customer engagement across our stores in Boyolali, Central Java.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with assistant MD ensuring material procurement is in accordance with timeline and budget

  • Develop and monitor sample send to buyer according to calendar

  • Performing required testing and ensuring developed style is ready for production (buy ready)

  • Performing handover from development to production, lead PPM

  • Managing sample and buy ready performance KPI

  • Driving the process of product development

  • Work within brand calendar/scope and ensure development step is carried out according to the timeline

  • Maintaining sample and BR to achieved targeted KPI

  • Collaborate across team to ensure data support and align merchandising with business plan

What were looking for

  • Graduated diploma from any major

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in merchandising (development) position

  • Has good knowledge about product development

  • Strong analytical skill and detail oriented

  • Strong interpersonal skill, great attitude and team player

  • Excellent in excel and computer tools

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with merchandising software or tools
