We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor Project with a background in civil engineering.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and implement projects.

• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.

• Define tasks and required resources.

• Collect and manage project team.

• Manage the project budget.

• Allocate project resources.

• Create a project schedule and timeline.

• Support and direct team.

Qualifications :

• Good in English

• Excellent communication

• Problem-solving and leadership

• Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills

• Equivalent experience as a project manager

• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Contract negotiation

• Conflict resolution experience

Skill :

• Strong leadership

• Organized, systematic methods of on-time delivery

• Good communications

• Problem solving

• Understanding of budgets and finance

• Responsibility and ownership of projects

• Mediate between teams and stakeholders
