Main Responsibilities

• Preparing and writing documentation for Green Building Certifications. Compiling all documentation, photos, technical specifications, various calculations, getting the required authorization letters and signatures from stakeholders and any other write-ups and documentation required by the certification body to carry out the assessment of the project.
• Assist in the due diligence process.
• Reviewing design and construction documents, technical data, regulations, standards, and reports 
• Assist the team leader on internal training and raise awareness on Sustainability Consulting products and services. 

Qualification

• An interest and passion for Sustainable Real Estate and Net Zero Carbon campaign is a must
• Undergraduate students majoring in Architecture / Real Estate / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or other related majors. Must have completed at least 3 years of college. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience or involvement with Sustainability-related competition, projects, or trainings is a plus.

• Microsoft Office proficient. Familiarity with Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and BIM a plus.

• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
