Airline ticket purchasing system administration

Must be able to speak English.

If applicants can speak Mandarin, applicants will receive a higher salary.

1. Managing the Booking System

Ensuring that the ticket reservation system (Amadeus system) runs smoothly.

Entering, changing, or canceling reservations according to customer requests.

Handling ticket issuance (issuing electronic tickets after payment).

2. Coordination with Airlines

Reporting technical issues or flight cancellations and integrating the airlines automated system.

3. Ticket Price and Quota Management

Monitoring real-time prices from airlines and ensuring prices on the platform are accurate.

Manage special ticket quotas (block seats) for large customer bases.

Manage refunds, date changes, or ticket reissues in accordance with airline policies.

6. Data Maintenance & Security

Maintain the confidentiality of customer data (name, passport number, etc.).

Ensure the system is protected from input errors or cyber attacks.

Regularly backing up important data.

7. Internal Collaboration

Providing data to the operational team

Working hours (shifts available):

1. Shift 1: 9 AM to 5 PM

2. Shift 2: 4 PM to 12 AM

One day off per week
