Job Descriptions:

  • Manage tenants through Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.

  • Manage identities through Microsoft Entra ID, including Active Directory, MFA, and SSPR (Self-Service Password Reset).

  • Perform SSO integration and synchronization with Active Directory.

  • Understand advanced features of Microsoft 365 such as: Microsoft Defender (for advanced phishing and malware protection), Microsoft Purview (DLP, Sensitivity Labels & Auto-labeling, and Retention Policies)

  • Advanced eDiscovery & Audit

  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

  • Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM).

  • Deploy, integrate, and manage Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune.

  • Perform monitoring, security, and automation using Power Automate or Microsoft Graph API (optional).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Bachelors degree (S1) in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing and configuring Microsoft 365.

  • Certifications such as MSMS-100, MS-101, SC-300, SC-400, or MD-102 are a plus.

  • Able to work across teams and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Willing to work in Jakarta.
