System Application Engineer

We are looking for potential candidate to being System Application Enineer. The system application engineer is the primary technical owner and first line of support for the companys InforERP system and other critical manufacturing applications. This role is crucial for ensuring that our technology directly enhances operational efficiency, data integrity, and production throughput. The candidate is expected to bridge the gap between the IT infrastructure and the day-to-day operational needs of the production, planning, warehouse, and quality team, ensuring system stability and providing rapid resolution of fault and abnormalities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technolgy, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Busineess Administration or related field or equivalent combination of experience and relevant certification will be considered

• Min. 3-5 years experience in supporting and administering an ERP system in a manufacturing environment

• Having at least 2 years of factory system and O&M experience, with InforERP operation and O&M experience (system launch experience preferred)

• Proven experience in a hands-on application support role with a focus on daily operation and maintenance

• Demonstrated experience in troubleshoot and resolving system faults & user error in timely manner

• Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing); Chinese proficiency is a plus

Skill, Technical, and Characteristics:

• Strong functional knowledge of key manufacturing and supply chain modules. Technical proficiency in user administration, basic configuration and query tools.

• Understand core factory business (production, inventory, etc) and solve system problems with business insights

• Attention to detail for system configuration, data accuracy and documentation

• Able to remain focused and effective when resolving high-severity incidents that impact production

• Have strong service awareness and patiently answering users with knowledge sharing ability

• A team player who can work effectively with IT colleagues, operational staff and management (proactive communication and collaboration skills)

• Have a strong learning ability and have passion for learning new system features and keeping up with InforERP road map and best practices
