System Engineer

Tasks - Administration:

• Installation, Uninstallation and Modification of Software or Patches.

• Perform scrutinizing monthly compliance report (if any provided by customer) to formulate action plans for mitigation and resolution.

• Perform server OS patching including remediation and rollback for bad patches or perform patching for critical severity Common Vulnerability and

• Exposure (CVE)

• Perform server and hardware firmware upgrades .

Tasks - Problem Management:

• Isolates and troubleshoots incidents.

• Performs service incident coordination.

• Open service requests on behalf of the Customer.

• Participates in root cause analysis review.

• Provide professional service to scrutinize monthly logs report and flag out issues and anomalies with justifications for Authority investigation if required.

Core Skills Required :

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication),Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent

• Hands-on experience with IT Operations (OS upgrade, Patching, HW/SW lifecycle management)

• NVIDIA Base Command Manager for GPU cluster management.

• Have experience using Kubernetes and NVIDIA GPU Operator.

• NVIDIA AI Enterprise.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as a System Engineer.
