System Trainer & Implementor

Our sister company, PT. Kosada Grup Indonesia (Barantum.com) is hiring for System Trainer & Implementor

Here are the details:

Job Description:

• Providing clients about training and assistance for implementing CRM & Call Center systems

• Make a presentation about CRM & Call Center System for clients who have not used yet the CRM application

• Supporting and preparing CRM & Call Center training modules based on users needs

• Providing direction, input, and consultation about how to use CRM & Call Center systems, based on client SOPs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or a related field preferred

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong management and public speaking skill is a must

• Having related working experience in CRM / HRIS / ERP for 2 years is a plus

• Having good English is a plus

• Mastering product & system knowledge

• Positive person type and passionate in Training and Development

• Highly motivated, independent and high integrity

• Willing to be full WFO & be placed in Grogol (Barantums Office)
