The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join our finance team. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations while supporting strategic tax planning to optimize our operations in the mining and trading sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tax documents, including tax invoices, SPT, and other related reports.
• Manage tax reporting processes, from data collection to submission to relevant authorities.
• Calculate tax liabilities and ensure timely payments and filings.
• Assist in tax planning and develop strategies to optimize tax obligations.
• Maintain and update accurate company tax databases.
• Review and improve tax-related systems and processes.
• Stay informed on the latest tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in taxation.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting procedures.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
