Technical Business Analyst

What Youll Do

As our Technical Business Analyst, youll be the crucial link between stakeholders and the tech team, driving innovation and impact through digital solutions and internal tools.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Turn strategy into prioritized backlogs and actionable plans
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, UI/UX, architects, and business users
• Lead the product lifecycle: from discovery to launch and beyond
• Validate ideas through research, feedback, and data
• Measure product outcomes and impact
• Maintain complete, traceable documentation (BRD, FSD, User Stories)
• Design process flows and systems architecture (UML, ERD, etc.)
• Support UAT planning and execution

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Manager
• Hands-on experience in digital product development, system integration, or process improvement projects
• Familiarity with automation, internal tools, or API integration
• Strong in business analysis: requirement gathering, BRD/FSD documentation, process modeling, and UAT
• Product management know-how: roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning
• Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Trello
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Basic technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and system architecture
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Business-value driven and customer-centric mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and handling shifting priorities
