We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team. We will work together to design, implement, and deliver mission-critical web and mobile applications for our clients. It is imperative that our software applications are designed to be robust, secure, and future-proof, especially given our portfolio of customers. We would like to tap into your experience, technical knowledge, and resourcefulness to deliver world-class solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

1. Work as a key member of the project management team to drive the project forward and ensure smooth and successful project delivery
2. Collaborate with client stakeholders (IT team and System owners) and internal stakeholders (Project Management, Development, and DevOps team)
3. Work closely with the project’s Solution Architects (both external and internal) to understand technical requirements in Cloud Architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD
4. Analyze and synthesize business requirements; build suitable business cases and generate client/business needs through human-centric, visual methods
5. Develop user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria
6. Analyze impacts of requested changes; conceptualize and recommend solutions that address changing business needs
7. Visualize business processes using workflow diagrams and slide decks to communicate complex ideas effectively
8. Analyze technical requirements, considering dependencies and critical paths, and deliver technical outputs on time
9. Deliverables may include: Architecture Diagrams, Cloud Setup (AWS or Azure), Technical Integrations, Performance Testing, Solution Design, Data Migration, User Stories, Workflow Diagrams
10. Manage the project's technical aspects, planning and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
11. Create reports to present progress and status to stakeholders
12. Support the full software development cycle for smooth deployment and operation
13. Be open to learning new technologies and hands-on in implementation

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or Computer Engineering with excellent academic or professional achievements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., Software Development, Cloud Architecture, System Analysis)
• Experience in full software or product development cycles, preferably Agile
• Hands-on coding experience
• Excellent analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Influencing and people management skills
• Ability to translate technical requirements into digital documents (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Meticulous with strong documentation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful team player capable of mentoring others
• Willing to work from our Bandung office

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cloud, Project Management)
• Experience in product development or IT consulting
• Knowledge in Database Design, Cloud Architecture, CI/CD pipelines
