About the role

In this fulltime role based in South Cikarang West Java, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art facilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional results.

What youll be doing

  1. Oversee the day-to-day technical operations of our production facilities

  2. Implement and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance programs to maximise uptime and minimise disruptions

  3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions

  4. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to enhance processes and drive operational excellence

  5. Provide technical guidance and support to operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative technologies and systems

What were looking for

  1. Proven track record of 2+ years in a technical operations or engineering role within a manufacturing or logistics environment

  2. Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant technical discipline

  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues

  4. Have experience in the field of silk screen printing or Dies Cutting

  5. Proficient in the use of CAD, AI Design

  6. Able to read drawings and understand color combinations

  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  8. Able to speak English
