Partner with the best 

As Technical Support Engineer, youll work as part of the support team. Youll lead and provide technical support to other groups and co-workers for Baker Hughes Artificial Lift System team. Youll provide coaching to others specialist, technicians, and apprentices in your area of expertise. 

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible:

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to Operations Teams, Sales, and clients.

  • Developing and implementing solutions to meet client needs.

  • Managing and coordinating the introduction of new technologies.

  • Collaborating with Field Service Teams to troubleshoot equipment and ensure smooth operations.

  • Raising alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent.

  • Have at least 5 years of thorough understanding (Technical) and competency in Artificial Lift System operations and ESP (Electrical submersible Pump).

  • Be a good communicator and fluent in English.
