PT Sigma Kreasi Instrument (SKIns) is a company specializing in Procurement, Engineering Services, and Training-Consulting for the oil and gas industry. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as:
Position: Technical Support Engineer
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production or Conversion)
Minimum 2 years of experience in:
Rotating maintenance
Compressors and control panels
Electrical and instrumentation for rotating equipment
Solid knowledge of:
Rotating and static equipment (Gas Engine, Diesel Engine)
Ignition systems, sequencing, overhaul/rebuild, diagnostics and repairs
Valves, control valves, pressure/temperature gauges, regulators, instrumentation, and transducers
Familiar with:
Mechanical theory and practices
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems and their controls
Reading and interpreting P&ID, isometrics, piping diagrams, flowcharts, and technical specs
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
Understanding of codes & standards: ASME, ANSI, API, ASTM
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), including terms & conditions for each product application
Ensure product specifications match candidate machine requirements in coordination with supervisors and manufacturers (if needed)
Schedule and conduct site visits to ensure equipment is functioning properly, in coordination with the Marketing team
Support principal's programs related to quality improvement and after-sales service
Develop and maintain SOPs to standardize project documentation
Maintain updated contact lists of clients and stakeholders for ongoing and past projects
