Responsibilities :
Problem-solve technical issue (MEP & HVAC & Pool)
Plan and execute scheduled inspection and maintenance HVAC each room
Handle STP system
Finish projects on time and within budget
Communicate with co-workers to ensure the smooth running of projects
Requirements :
Minimal Bachelor degree (S1) in engineering field (Mechanical/HVAC/others related)
Minimal 2 Years experience in Hotel/Apartment building/Property Management/Office tower (is a must)
Experience in HVAC, Technical & Electric Process, and Pool
Able to use AutoCAD is a plus
Good communication skill
Attitude to eagerly and curiously learn new knowledge
Strong analytical thinking both qualitative & quantitative and problem solving
