About the role

As the Project Management at China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of telecommunication projects. this position is based in Jakarta, offering the opportunity to contribute to the companys strategic objectives and make a tangible impact on the regions development.

What youll be doing

  1. Plan, execute, and deliver telecommunication projects on time, within scope, and within budget and oversee all aspects of project management.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

  3. Provide regular progress updates and reports to project stakeholders, including senior management

  4. Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and transparency

  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to streamline project delivery

  6. Work homebase in Jakarta Area, but willing to be work in site project if needed

What were looking for

  1. Proven track record at least 5+ years of experience in a Telecommunication Project Management role

  2. Prior work experience with telecommunications service providers in Indonesia is preferred.

  3. Bachelors degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field

  4. Proficient in English communication both oral and written

  5. Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall

  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

  7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  8. Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  9. Willing to be work in site project
