Telemarketer - Software Sales

Job Description:

  1. Making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads clients to introduce our Software.

  2. Understand the telemarketing process and skills

  3. Understand product and service information

  4. Asking questions to collect information

  5. Answering questions and sending additional information.

  6. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, etc.

  7. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

Requirements:

  1. Speak Fluent English

  2. An organized person with a positive mindset

  3. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and coordination needed

  4. Fast learner and have the drive to learn new technology

  5. Desire to work in a software company

  6. Academic: Diploma / Degree or higher

  7. Experience: Min 1 year in similar environment
