Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Process ticket bookings via online systems or in-person transactions.• Handle payment processing, refunds, and exchanges following company policies.• Provide detailed information on schedules, pricing, and event rules.• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and ticketing issues. • Generate daily sales reports and reconcile cash and card payments.

Persyaratan Khusus

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent.• One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate welcome to apply.• Proficiency in using ticketing software systems.• Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.• Familiarity with cash handling and payment processing procedures. • Pleasant personality with great hospitality attitude.• High attention to detail.• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English.• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
