About The team We are seeking a highly analytical and action-oriented Business Process Improvement Lead to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our operations. This role will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, designing scalable solutions, and leading cross-functional projects to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and elevate service quality. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Participate in cross-functional projects to improve end-to-end logistics efficiency.

• Map and analyze existing workflows to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement new business processes or optimize existing ones for scale and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, tech, product, finance) to ensure seamless execution of changes.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of improvements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through workshops, training, and knowledge sharing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Management.
• 5 years of experience in business process improvement, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or operations-heavy industries.
• Solid understanding of process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management principles.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.
