Responsibilities

About the team The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Whether its launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the teams contributions are essential to TikTokShops success in SEA. Purpose of the Role This campaign ops is the main PIC leading for end to end campaign planning and execution, building strong campaigns that benefit both sellers and platform, excite buyers to shop on platform.

The role requires a strategist who is strong in analytics and can translate targets into workable actions. The person would be the center of collaboration across functions to create the most compelling campaign in the market Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute (including some content production if needed) social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Meta, YouTube) in line with Tokopedias brand and business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content, engagement, and campaign effectiveness through regular reporting and actionable insights.
  • Conduct ongoing social listening to identify emerging trends, consumer sentiments, campaign related and potential issues or opportunities relevant to the brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, digital behavior, and cultural trends to ensure Tokopedia stays relevant and ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (creative, creators, online marketing and brand teams) and external agencies to plan and execute high-impact campaigns and real-time content activations.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and community engagement across all social touchpoints.
  • Support campaign retrospectives and competitive benchmarking to refine social strategies over time.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with 2-3 years of proven experience in managing brand presence on major social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with creative/media agencies, internal and external stakeholders from diverse functions.
  • Strong understanding of content, formats, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and keen attention to detail are a must.
