Trainee/Junior Associate (Project Based)

We are looking for project based Trainee/Junior Associate proficient in Mandarin to join our Regulatory and Project practice group. As a Junior Associate, you will support the firms in delivering high-quality legal services to client. You will work closely with Senior Associates and Partners on client matters, gaining hands-on experience in both advisory and transactional work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Senior Associates and Partners on drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including agreements, contracts, memoranda, and opinions;

• Conducting legal research to stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments;

• Assisting in the preparation of legal due diligence;

• Support the team in preparing submissions, applications, and correspondence to regulatory bodies and government institutions;

• Participate in internal meetings and client discussions as needed, under the supervision of senior lawyers;

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned tasks within project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred;

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required;

• Bachelors degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable Indonesian university with a minimum GPA of 3.00;

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills;

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
