• Provide Training and refreshment training for Agent
• Responsible to measure quality of Agent and provide recommendation to develop skill and knowledge
• Upgrade training courses and materials with the demand of Company,
• Help new employees to get on the job quickly,

Requirement

1. English skill speaker: written, listening, reading min. B2 level prefered C1 level
2. Diploma 3 any field with GPA min. 2.75
3. Good presentation and communication
4. Have good analytical thinking
5. Mastery in class training
6. Experience as trainer min 1 year
