Job Description:

  • Responsible for the material and implementation of the training program as specified for both new and existing employees.

  • Develop training materials according to the needs.

  • Design effective training programs.

  • Schedule training sessions based on the requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any major,

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer (preferably with a background in F&B or Retail).

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence.

  • Possession of a training certificate is a plus.

  • Willing to travel out of town if required.
