To support project operations and multilingual communication, PT. Winner Power Indonesia is seeking a skilled and experienced Mandarin - English - Indonesian Translator for our project site in East Kalimantan.

This role is essential in facilitating accurate and effective three-language communication across technical and operational contexts. The ideal candidate will support verbal and written translation needs between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian for internal teams and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time oral interpretation in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian during meetings, site visits, and daily operations.

  • Translate technical and non-technical documents (e.g., contracts, manuals, reports, formal letters, presentations) across the three languages.

  • Ensure accuracy in meaning, terminology, style, and context in all translations.

  • Act as a communication bridge between multilingual teams to prevent miscommunication and delays.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support seamless project execution.

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all language services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional translator/interpreter in construction or a related field.

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian (spoken and written).

  • Minimum education: High school graduate (Bachelors degree in Mandarin, English, or Linguistics is preferred).

  • Familiarity with construction or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) terminology is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and translation tools is a must.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, ethical, and able to work independently or in teams.
