Transport / Cash in Transit Supervisor

Your major responsibilities would be:

• Organizing, planning, managing and representing CIT Department, taking measures to ensure effcient work within Department, 

• Conducting regular analysis of Departments performance (preparing weekly, monthly and periodical reports), reporting to the top management, 

• Managing a large team of CIT Team in Jabodetabek, 

• Works on effcient routing of vehicles with previously received requests from clients, 

• Compliance with the CIT operational and administrative procedures, 

• Operationally manages the CIT processes in order to fulfill contractual obligations, participates in handling all issues and complaints of clients, 

• Managing operations and monitoring risk prevention and procedures for reducing losses, 

• Implementation of traffic safety as well as the occupational health and safety measures and harmonization with the CIT structure

We need someone who are:

• Min Diploma degree 

• Minimum three years of experience in the same or similar position 

• Computer skills (advanced Office, Excel, Word, Power Point) 

• Excellent people-management and organizational skills 

• Aspiration for self-improvement through following contemporary trends 

• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills 

• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language 

• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail 

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 

• Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity 

• Fluent in English will be an advantage 

• Driving license B category is preferable
