We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team and oversee daily transportation operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily transportation schedules for check-ins, check-outs, transfers, and tours.
Coordinate with the reservation team to receive updated guest flight and hotel details.
Assign cars and drivers based on guest numbers and requirements.
Monitor car availability, fuel usage, and ensure drivers are punctual.
Act as the main point of contact for airport handling and special guest requests.
Supervise and support drivers, ensuring service standards are met.
Report daily operations and handle urgent transport issues.
Coordinate commission/shopping reporting from drivers.
