5. Familiar dengan Hotel, Dokumen, Travel & Tourism.
6. Memiliki kepribadian kuat, sopan, berwibawa, profesional, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan.
7. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
8. Menguasai Bahasa Inggris aktif (lisan&tulisan).
9. Usia maksimal 30 tahun
