Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI Designer, located in West Jakarta. The UI Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, developing mockups and wireframes, and ensuring a seamless user experience. They will collaborate with front-end developers to implement design elements, enhance user interface designs, and participate in continuous improvement of design processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Create user interface designs for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.

2. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

3. Ensure consistency in visual elements (colors, typography, buttons, icons).

4. Collaborate with UX designers to improve user experience.

5. Work with developers to implement designs accurately.

6. Update and improve existing designs based on user feedback.

7. Stay up to date with UI trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

1. Experience in UI design (3+ years preferred).

2. Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).

3. Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

4. Good understanding of responsive and mobile design.

5. Basic knowledge of UX principles.

6. Team player with good communication skills.

7. Portfolio of previous UI design work.

8. Office hours : Monday - Saturday
