UIUX Designer

At HeyPico.ai, were crafting a smart AI assistant that simplifies daily tasks—booking transport, comparing food prices, managing schedules—allowing users to focus on what truly matters.

Were seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to design and maintain our mobile app, websites, and brand collaterals. Youll translate real-world user needs into seamless digital experiences and help us build an intuitive AI interface used across Southeast Asia.

• Design and maintain the UI/UX for our mobile app (Android/iOS), websites, landing pages, and marketing materials.

• Translate user flows and requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final visual designs.

• Develop and enforce design consistency across all platforms and outputs.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to iterate on existing features and design new ones.

• Test UI components for usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.

• Lead design ideation sessions and contribute to the overall product direction.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies (including AI/LLM integrations).

• Occasionally assist in visual storytelling for presentations, videos, or promotional materials.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, especially in mobile apps and responsive web.

• Proficient in Figma, with a strong design portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking.

• Solid understanding of iOS, Android, and responsive web design principles.

• Comfortable creating flow diagrams, site maps, prototypes, and design systems.

• Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments with tight feedback loops.

• Bonus: experience with motion design (e.g., After Effects, Lottie), basic front-end understanding (HTML/CSS/JS), or exposure to AI products and automation workflows.

• Strong communicator with excellent English (written and spoken).
