Job Description:

1. Track barge vessel positions in real time using tracking systems (AIS, GPS).

2. Monitor vessel speed, direction, and status (anchored, underway, etc.).

3. Identify any potential hazards or obstacles that may occur during the voyage.

4. Communicate with captains, pilots, and port agents.

5. Provide up-to-date information regarding weather conditions, sailing routes, and possible issues.

2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime industry.

5. Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both spoken and written.

6. Able to make quick and accurate decisions during emergencies.

7. Able to analyze voyage data to find trends and patterns.
